All Faculty of Telfort Participated in the Training Lecture of ‘College Student Ideological and Political Education’

On September 20th, all faculty of Telfort Business Institute participated in the special training on ‘College Student Ideological and Political Education’ preached by the Party Committee Teacher’s Work Department of SIT. Shuhui Chen, Director of International Education Center of SIT and Dean of Telfort Business Institute, hosted the lecture and delivered a speech. The lecture was given by Professor Guojuan Li, Director of the Party Committee Teacher's Work Department of SIT, Director of the Personnel Department and Dean of Marxism Academy.

The lecture themed as ‘College political and ideological education should be consistent with the party's line’, deeply explores the responsibility and mission of colleges and universities in the ideological and political education of college students in the new era. It included four aspects: the priority of developing education, the challenges and requirements of ideological and political education of college students in the new era, the fundamental observance of students' ideological and political work in the new era, and improving the pertinence and timeliness of college students' ideological and political education.

Through this lecture, teachers and staff of various departments realized that the ideological and political education of students in daily work should always be consistent with the party's ideological line, adhere to the party's leadership, and adhere to the socialist universities with Chinese characteristics. The ideological and political education of college students in the new era is the top priority of China's education construction.
