In July 2019, Telfort and the University of Steinbeis-Hochschule in Berlin, Germany officially signed a "3+1" cooperative training project for the undergraduate course of industrial 4.0. This means that from now on Telfort has an important strategic partner in Germany while having stable cooperation with universities in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand for 20 years.

The University of Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin was founded in 1868 by Ferdinand Steinbeis, a famous modern German politician, educator and economist and founder of the ‘dual system’ education. It was a For-profit comprehensive university. For many years, Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin has been committed to promoting the combination of business management and mechanical production, and transforming scientific research into industrial achievements. It is an outstanding model of scientific and applied universities in the ‘Teaching -Transformation of research results’ model. Steinbeis's unique ‘dual system’ teaching allows students to obtain dual guidance from academic tutors and corporate mentors, to participate in many practical courses and to have the opportunity to enter the world's top 500 companies in Germany.

On October 26, 2018, Mr. Bai Yang, CEO of Telfort International Education Group, hosted the leaders from Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin and led a tour of the campus and Student Industrial Internship Base of SIT. The visit has laid a good foundation for strategic cooperation for both parties.

In July 2019, the contact was signed. Students can continue to study in Steinbeis-Hochschule  Berlin for the last year after completing a three-year study at Telfort. If pass all the courses, students will receive a bachelor's degree from the University of Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin and have the opportunity to work in one of its around 1,000 partner enterprises, including Daimler, Audi, Siemens, Allianz. , Deutsche Bank and Deutsche Telekom, etc. All professional projects of Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin are certified by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) and listed on the German Academic Accreditation Board (Akkreditierungsrat).

The content of the contract signed is Engineering Business in Industry 4.0, including big data, intelligent manufacturing, Internet of Things, etc. Industry 4.0 is defined on the basis of the different stages of industrial development. According to the current consensus, Industry 1.0 for the steam engine era, Industry 2.0 for the electrification era, Industry 3.0 for the information age and Industry 4.0 is the era of using information technology to promote industrial transformation, that is, the era of intelligence. German Industry 4.0 refers to the use of the Cyber-Physical System (CPS) to digitize and intelligentize the supply, manufacturing and sales information in production,  and finally achieve fast, efficient, and personalized product supply. In May 2015, China officially proposed the ‘Made in China 2025’ Strategic Planning Outline, of which the core content is also smart manufacturing as German Industry 4.0. Promoting smart manufacturing is the only way for global industrial development. Therefore, it is extremely important to cultivate talents related to smart manufacturing. This project is to cultivate high-end international composite engineering management talents in the manufacturing, IT, information and engineering fields that meet the requirements for Global Industry 4.0 and the ‘Made in China 2025’ strategic plan.
