In order to cultivate students' spirit of challenge and good teamwork ability when facing the difficulties in the future career development, the Career Planning Department organized this Outward-Bound Training in Shanghai Gongqing Forest Park for all the year 2015 students on May 11th. Through the team rebuilding, inspiring, passionate applause, hand-picked ball, challenge No.1 and other projects, the students came to understand the role and responsibility of each member of a group, and enhance the sense of responsibility and honor of the team. Outward-Bound Training is one of the professional ability and development planning training programs provided by the College Career Planning Department for students.
